The Flower of Life workshop is a potentially life changing workshop that covers a number of areas;

· Activating Your Merkaba—activating the energy field that extends approx 55 feet in diameter.

· Opening the Heart—the more our hearts are open, the more powerful our Merkaba becomes

· Sacred Geometry—a meditation for the logical side of our brains.

· Higher Self Connection—deepening the connection to the sacred part of ourselves.
