After the Flower of Life meditation I felt like I was home sitting in my energetic body. Everything I was searching for I discovered within me. But Personal Healing opened me up to all the love that was in the Universe, which allowed and gave me the freedom for my heart to be open and sing and dance and play. Reiki I didn't have a huge understanding of Reiki when I commenced the course (unlike the other participants) and Simon made me feel comfortable and he has a great understanding. What I liked the most about the course was the fact that it was intimate. It was a very small group and Simon could give his undivided attention to each of us. Well, now I have had an introduction to this, I’m amazed at how relaxing it is on both sides of the coin, being given Reiki and doing on anybody. I’m definitely going to try this out at home.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique The mix of theory and practical work was good. The technique is easy to apply and I was surprised how quickly results were achieved.

Another enjoyable course with the most adept of teachers, I found EFT to be just the additional modality I needed for my healing practice. People friendly, atmosphere relaxed, information thorough, plenty of respect for personal issues raised, Safe environment for sharing. Enjoyed being able to relax while practicing the technique – felt ready to include in my repertoire immediately.
