Most Holistic Healing Sessions use the Mental-Emotional Healing model that works on releasing the emotions and beliefs that are holding unwanted patterns in place.
Most healing work is emotional based which is definitely beneficial but can leave the beliefs about the issue in place. Not addressing the beliefs underlying an issues is the main cause of issues re-occurring or coming back after they have apparently been healed.
Releasing both the emotions and beliefs around an issue is the best way to facilitate permanent healing around any issue. |
