My basic approach to life coaching is two fold:
· Helping you to release whatever is holding you back in your past from achieving what you want · Helping you to focus on what you want and bringing that into your life in the most effective way possible
The less that we have hindering us from our past, the more effortlessly we naturally operate in our lives. And the more effective the manifestation and focusing tools are, the less what has happened in our past matters.
Combine both of these approaches with years of experience working with the mind and emotions, and you have a powerful approach for moving through any challenge gracefully.
