Tibetan Reiki is based on the Traditional Usui Reiki that allows increased amounts of healing energy to flow through your hands.

Reiki is made up three elements;

· The Reiki Energy that flows through your hands and can be used for personal healing or to heal others

· Attunements that align you to receive Reiki Energy.

· Symbols that allow you to increase and specifically direct the Reiki healing energy.

Tibetan Reiki contains more symbols than the Traditional Usui Reiki, reflecting its Tibetan heritage.
